Overview of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Scholarship Program (KASP) – Emdad Track

The Emdad Track is a key initiative under the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Scholarship Program, designed to equip Saudi students with the skills needed to drive progress in diverse sectors and support Vision 2030 goals.

Specializations and scholarship quotas are aligned with long-term strategic plans and labor market demands in all industries.

This track offers scholarships for Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees, empowering students to gain expertise for roles in Saudi Arabia’s public and private sectors.

Emdad Track’s Mission

The Emdad Track aims to meet labor market demands by sending students to the top 200 universities and institutes worldwide in high-demand fields, for those wishing to complete a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

General Application Requirements for the Emdad Track

The applicant must be a Saudi national.
The applicant must be of excellent conduct and behavior.
Obtain Obtaining direct, unconditional acceptance in one of the specified specializations and educational institutions to obtain bachelor's, master's, or doctorate degrees, considering that the program accepted is not executive.
The study must be conducted in the country of the educational institution's main headquarters.
Full-time enrollment is required.
The equivalence of previous qualifications for applicants who have graduated from educational institutions outside the Kingdom
The applicant's documents must be complete and accurate during registration. Individuals whose information registered on the site does not match the official documents will be excluded.
The applicant must adhere to the regulations and controls established by the ministry governing the dispatch of students abroad.

Emdad-Specific Requirements:

In addition to the general requirements, applicants must:

Admission to a top 200 global university per program rankings.
Final admission letter from the university (language-conditioned offers accepted for non-English-speaking destinations).
