Korea - Seoul
In 2024, LTL Language School made history by opening its first Korean campus in Seoul. Shortly after, in June of the same year, LTL Seoul became the very first Korean language school worldwide to earn accreditation from the International Association of Language Centres (IALC)—a globally recognized mark of quality that reflects exceptional teaching and service standards.
The school is located in the Seogyo neighborhood, right at the heart of Hongdae, one of Seoul’s most energetic districts, famous for its youth culture, indie shops, unique cafes, and street art. Despite being in such a lively area, the LTL building features a large outdoor courtyard and a quiet rooftop terrace—rare in central Seoul—offering students a peaceful place to study or relax between classes.
LTL Seoul offers a range of flexible Korean language courses, including small group classes (max 10 students per class), private one-on-one lessons, and combined programs. The school also provides various accommodation options to fit all budgets: students can choose homestay with a local family for full cultural and linguistic immersion, or opt for affordable student housing with a private room and bathroom. This kind of total immersion dramatically improves speaking and listening skills in a short period—all at competitive costs.
The city of Seoul is an ideal destination for international students to study Korean, as it hosts prestigious universities such as Yonsei University and Korea University, which offer intensive language programs. The city provides a vibrant environment blending modern technology with rich cultural heritage, helping students practice the language outside the classroom. It also offers modern facilities, libraries, and quiet study cafes, along with diverse housing options. Students can take advantage of the efficient public transportation system to explore the city easily.
Don’t leave Seoul without visiting the famous Myeongdong Night Market, where you can enjoy affordable street food such as spicy rice cakes (Tteokbokki), sweet pancakes (Hotteok), and Korean fried chicken. The best times to visit are spring (April–May) and autumn (September–October), when the weather is mild, sunny, and perfect for sightseeing and long walks.
