About the School

Eurospeak Reading was founded as an English as a Foreign Language (EFL) school in October 1991 by Mr. Michael O’Brien. Originally starting with a few evening and Saturday classes for visitors in the Reading area, the school quickly expanded due to high demand, offering lessons in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings every day within just a year. With over 30 years of experience in English language education, Eurospeak Language School Reading is a well-established language center located in the historic town of Reading, England.

Reading is home to the University of Reading, which attracts many international students. The town is conveniently located just 30 minutes by train from both London and Oxford. Eurospeak Reading is situated near shops, restaurants, public transportation, and key cultural attractions such as the Oracle Shopping Centre, Broad Street Mall, and Reading Museum.

Both Eurospeak Reading and Eurospeak Southampton are accredited by the British Council for teaching English in the UK, as well as by the Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI). Additionally, Eurospeak Reading is an authorized Trinity College Assessment Centre.

Eurospeak Language School offers high-quality General English and Exam Preparation courses for learners at various levels, from Beginner to Advanced. Students can join our General English courses on any Monday throughout the year.
