General Provisions:

1. These terms and conditions apply to users (visitors to the SAT website) and applicants (beneficiaries of SAT website services) at: https://www.sat-edu.com/.
2. By accessing the above link, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions stated herein.
3. The terms "SAT for Studying Abroad," "SAT website," "Email," "We," and "Us" refer to SAT for Studying Abroad, an academic and educational services provider. The terms "he," "they," and "his" refer to the applicant(s), student(s), and user(s) of the SAT for Studying Abroad website for personal and non-commercial purposes.
4. We reserve the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. You are advised to review them periodically.
5. These terms and conditions outline the services provided by SAT for Studying Abroad, as well as the obligations users must fulfill in exchange for these services.
6. The applicant is solely responsible for the accuracy and validity of the information provided to SAT for Studying Abroad via its website or email for academic and educational consulting purposes.

Limitation of Liability:

1. SAT for Studying Abroad is a Saudi-based international education agency (an intermediary provider) specializing in academic and legal consultation for applicants. Its responsibilities are limited to facilitating academic services provided by international schools, universities, and academic institutions worldwide for Arabic-speaking applicants.
2. Both applicants and international schools, universities, and academic institutions are Contracting Parties. SAT, as an intermediary, does not represent either party in contractual matters.
3. SAT for Studying Abroad is not an educational entity (such as a university, institute, or school) nor a provider of student accommodation services. Therefore, applicants are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective educational institutions and accommodation providers.
4. Contracts concluded between applicants and international schools, universities, or academic institutions do not fall under SAT for Studying Abroad’s legal liability. Such contracts are not legally binding on SAT for Studying Abroad.
5. SAT for Studying Abroad assumes no legal obligations in case of contract breaches or conflicts between Contracting Parties. Our responsibility is limited to facilitating applicants' access to academic services.
6. All website databases are regularly updated to ensure applicants have access to accurate information. SAT for Studying Abroad is not responsible for sudden changes in its database resulting from updates by educational institutions without prior notice.
7. SAT for Studying Abroad bears no legal liability for losses or damages arising from website access, including viruses or cyberattacks. We are also not responsible for third-party digital advertising content displayed on our website.

Force Majeure:

SAT for Studying Abroad shall not be held liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to Force Majeure Events, including but not limited to natural disasters, fires, unexpected government decisions, delays by contracting institutions, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Data Privacy and Protection:

1. We reserve the right to store and use data collected from applicants, international schools, universities, and academic institutions for academic and educational consulting purposes.
2. SAT for Studying Abroad complies with data protection and privacy laws, implementing security measures to ensure confidentiality.
3. By submitting data via our website, you consent to its storage in SAT’s database and its use for administrative and marketing purposes.
4. If third-party services are used, SAT will ensure data security and prevent unauthorized access.
